When we do these tours, we get the chills.  We also love it when guests share their baffling sightings, we totally get it.  Experience the past that may still be benignly hanging around these houses from the 1800s and early 1900s.  Sweet treats and punch served with this specialty tour.  Kids will receive goody bags. Simply book a regular tour for October 28 at 1 PM or 2:30 PM.

The Heritage Society and Author/Professor Stephen Fox will explore the early twentieth-century Texan town type of the bayside resort.

The tour will include an enlightenment of the “Save the Luther” preservation efforts of the 1903 Luther Hotel, a visit to the City by the Sea Museum, lunch at the historic 1907 Hotel Blessing Hotel in Blessing, Texas, and a concluding wine reception at a charming location.

Mini Candlelight Tour

The Heritage Society is offering a Mini Candlelight Tour on Saturday, December 3, at 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Two other reasons, to purchase tickets - The Mayor’s Annual Tree Lighting is the same evening and Winter Wanderland on Bagby Street, a holiday lights extravaganza by the Downtown District will also make for great family fun. Great photo opportunities with dazzling holiday light installations – including an 80-foot light tunnel – on Bagby Street from Lamar to Preston.

Children under 5 are free. Children’s tickets are for young ones from 5 to 18 years of age.
